In-Store Returns:

All purchases made in-store are final, and no refunds will be allowed.

If you believe that an item you purchased is faulty, you can bring it back to the boutique for assistance.

The boutique can facilitate an exchange or issue a Credit Note, which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, for full-priced YDG clothing purchased with cash or EFTPOS.

Returns are not accepted for discounted items.

If eligible, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Online gift vouchers can only be used for online orders and cannot be used in-store.

The boutique provides web credit or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Size exchanges have free returns and shipping.

A handling fee of $13.55 is deducted from store credits.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the garment is deemed faulty before return.
